Text message program
Last updated September 6, 2026
CashDocs sends text messages about visits you book. This page explains what we send, how you opt in, and how to stop — the same terms shown wherever we ask for a mobile number.
How you opt in
You provide your mobile number in a web form, either on the phone sign-in screen or in your account profile. This consent language appears directly beneath that field:
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from CashDocs about visits you book — confirmations, changes and cancellations. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book and pay on CashDocs without giving a mobile number; email carries the same information.
What we send
- Sign-in codes — a one-time passcode when you sign in with your phone number.
- Appointment updates — confirmation when a doctor accepts your booking, notice when a doctor can't take the visit, and cancellation or refund notices.
Every message is a response to something you did. We send no marketing, promotional, or recurring texts.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies — a typical patient receives a few messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop them immediately, or HELP for help. You can also remove your mobile number in your account profile, or email support@cashdocs.com.
Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
