Delete your CashDocs account

Patients

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On the website: sign in, then Account → Profile → Delete account.
• Without signing in: email support@cashdocs.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.

If you have an upcoming visit, cancel it first — then delete.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email and password), phone number and city — immediately.
• Saved payment cards, Casey care-guide conversations and photos, and the devices registered for notifications — immediately.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of visits you had and payments you made — your name, the doctor, date, service and amount — are kept for 7 years, because medical and tax record rules require it. They are then permanently deleted.
• Reviews you posted stay on the doctor's page, shown only with your first name and last initial.

Doctors and practice staff

Practice accounts carry payouts and patients' visits, so CashDocs closes them for you: use Delete account in the CashDocs Pro app, the portal's Support page, or email support@cashdocs.com. We settle any payouts and close the account within two business days.
